Is this possible? can it be that Blackhole cancelled Mikes gig for the 18th because they felt too much competition between the dj's, now that he's ranked no.2 in the world? LOL :rolleyes:

This weekend i was invited to play for a big event called Transmission in the beautiful city of Prague.
However, this gig was cancelled due to the extreme demands of Tiesto's Blackhole management.
Although this was not my decision, compensation for myself as well as for my fans is well in order.
Me and my management regret and dismiss this kind of attitude in the music scene, as trance is known for unity.

Yeah, "King Of Trance", quite a fluffy title. Does having a large enough fanbase make you less valid for being disrespected?

what else would you call MIKE? the number of classic trance tunes he's personally produced is staggering.
I guess what I mean to say is... For someone who's gotten so much success from this music, it's surprising that he would screw over someone else who's done so much for the genre. |

no he is not the king of trance. such title does not exist.
he is a good producer, which propably had his best era during 99/00 with numerous good tunes such as Sunrise at palamos, Twixt, Universal Nation, Choose freedom etc.
He still is good but the the BIG tunes don't come as often as they did before . |
