hosting a party

so my house has been volunteerd this year for my oldhighschool friends christmas gathering. it wont be a big big party, maybe 15-20 people. this will be btgs first time hosting a party, so i need thoughts and suggestions, dont say stupid things...though by saying that almost garantees stupidity.
i've got turntables and about 40 records, so i'll probably spin for a little while, but not the whole night...i'll have good cds to listen to as well, but aside from supplying music and drugs...what else should a host do? |

hide everythign that could be broken or stolen. even that you don't think ppl will steal beacuse it just happens. lock the doors the bedrooms, leave the bathroom open. also, do the same with kitchen but hide alot of like knives and stuff, you don't want an accident, i think lol?
make sure your neighbors, if you have any, are cool with the party. |

| Move all fragile/valuable stuff to the garage or another room and lock the door. |

make sure u let people know to respect your house, and that you WONT tolerate people messing with your . my first party, my house was trashed, but the last one, i threw 5 or 6 people out for being s. since then, i dont bother throwing parties. no turntables, or people who like EDM. |

| fair enough, though i know all the people comming, and its generally a classy crowd. i'm the worst behaved of our little group of friends, so i shouldn't have anything to worry about along the lines of people ting on the floor and stealing my non-existant ipod. |

| i also forgot to mention that i'm forcing people to pay a deposit incase somthing does get broken...if nothing gets broken everybody gets their money back! |

what you need to do is set up your live cam, start playing pingpong and pwn everyone with the off-the-vent shot! |
