...right at the corner of 2nd and Jackson in downtown Seattle. I was waiting for the metro at the time. It was rather humorous watching the reactions of passerby as they turned onto the street. The guy was obviously intoxicated and/or mentally disturbed and he was ting RIGHT on the corner SMACK in the middle of the sidewalk.
I've seen people do some ed up things downtown... but that was about the worst, so far. |
