I hooked up a zalman fan mate to my cpu fan and I wanted to know what's a good rpm to run it at? I don't want to turn it down too low and damage anything. Whats a good cpu temp? btw, I'm not a gamer and its not overclocked all stock.
Temp at start up looking at bios temp monitor:
full speed 2400rpms = cpu 34c/93f
1700rpms = cpu 35c/95f
