And he's a piano lounge singer at the Hilton in TO.
We were hangin out there after a small shin-dig, and this piano lounge singer was there entertaining last night. He wasn't that great of a singer, but whatev. In between tunes, he started playing the chorus to "Strange Animal" & I was like "Yeeeeeaaaah!!!", & my friend was like "ewwwwwww!" We were having some banter w/him from across the room, and when we were leaving he popped by. My friend thanked him for the tunes, 'except for the Gowan stuff'. He was like 'you don't like the Gowan, eh?', & I said 'I like the Gowan tune!', to which my friend turned to him and said 'what? are u his brother or something?' and he said 'yes'.
(~insert awkward yell of 'nooooooooooooooooooooooooooo!!!!' in my voice~)

Turns out Gowan is singing for Styx and is a millionaire from it. Go figure!
His brother is cute, tho.
Can't sing too well, but cute ;)
**On a side note, I also got to watch Ryan Phillippe eat his lunch on set on Wed. Cutie, but like him better as a blonde. |

My old boss used to play guitar with Gowan (and he was in Coney Hatch).
The singer from Styx sang on Gowan's "Moonlight Desires."
I saw Gowan at Kingswood Music Theatre with the Spoons.
I can't believe I just admitted that ! Bahahahaha!

| Well, we can go see Honeymoon Suite in Oshawa on the 26th if u want ;). They're also playing the 25th in Newmarket, but clubbing events here take precedence. |
