yeah... go to the ministry of information. I believe its in Havanna Cuba. Then they may or may not give you the freedom of speech you are looking for.
Wait you are in luck, they have subsidiary offices at toronto city hall as well. |

actually you do... and its actually illegal to give hand to hand flyers in toronto. the licence is only for house to house distribution. The law has always been there but the cops just started enforcing it this year.

Hand to hand is illegal? So even with this licence, it's not applicable to flyering outside of a club? |
