wash face, use a good moisturizer(thats a must) and drink loads of water thats all you need.
if you want a good moisturizer then You cannot buy any better skincare products than those made by Dermologica which is made by the International Dermal Institute.
This stuff is only sold by qualified skin care professionals in salons etc. You can't get it in any shops. Or try Ebay ;)
Honestly, there is no better skincare products you can buy. Most top models/actors etc use this - even the ones who advertise other brands! I used to know a girl who was a Dermo professional and the list of clients the salon she worked had was like a who's who of famous beautiful people. Those who are in the know use Dermo.
yes i use Dermalogica Active Moist :)
its a little pricy but If you dont want to spend loads of money then go for King of Shaves range as they seem the most researched and well made/designed of the of the superdrug/supermarket shelf type products. |

drink lots of water, maintain a healthy diet...
i wouldn't use harsh face wash...use something light like aveno or biore.
well actually you're a guy...so i would use nivea. my boyfriend uses neutrogena shaving cream for men with aloe and all that stuff...and he has this nivea skin cream to put on after shaving. his skin is awesome.
vitamin E is good for hair, skin & nails...so take that.
i think they have pills and stuff at GNC for hair loss...
i have all the biore products and aveno facewash. i also started using skin firming eye cream. it's never too early to start that stuff:p |
