| Everything sounds great apart from the stuttering sound in the foreground of the track. It sounds almost distorted. It's got a nice kick though. |

Hey mate,
Just listened to the sample of your clip. The beginning reminds a bit of The Sound of Nature by Mario Lopez. Same tempo, the kick sounds similar (after a while the kick is a bit annoying because it is more a click then a real thud)so the beginning is quite good.
When listening to this whole sample it sounds you don't really have an idea of where to go with the track. When hearing it it feels as if you literally start from the first kick and work from there instead of having a melodic structure or some hook you are going to work towards.
Just before the sample finishes you are finally starting to build up the track a bit. That dark synth sounds rather nice and dark and I am curious where you will take it. Before you introduce that synth it would be nice though to get some other elements going already. There is no hihat in the track which makes it feel empty.

| cheers for the pointers. nomen do u fink i shud use da same kick throughout and drop the 2nd kick that comes in around 1:12? ur right abt the percussion there are hihats in it but becuz im rewiring reason into cubase the percussion in reason seems to get lost in the track. |

i dont really like your bassline. it is stutterish and doesnt have that super deep compact feel.
the other bass or whatever it is is weakening the first bass. maybe should try fix teh "knobs" so they will co-op more?
the synth is really nice though.. nothing to complain about. |

| yea i fink wen ur listenin to it on da headfones there is a distortion. gona have 2 do a good mastering job wen im finished. ony started it a few days ago so the end product wil more than likely b very different. il hav a listen to ur track later dj cola. i hav 2 set up my studio speakers to my comp so cant listen at da min. |

hehe dude, you dont have to listen to it. im quite a rockie but i know some things about music ;).
i think you should work hard on this track, its really good besides the bass. |
