| Honestly, whatever is at hand. That being said, I do often splurge on a lb. of either some Jamaican Blue Mountain or Kona Extra Fancy, roasted to perfection (daily) at Baltimore Coffee & Tea. It's pricey for ground coffee, but the taste blows away that dirty tasting Starbucks swill. Now, if I could only get my frappuccino's perfected (I would be in business.) :D :toothless  |

enigma, just fyi you are getting a sugar buzz there, but not that much caffiene. all those espresso drinks are overhyped, if yummy: one shot of espresso=about 80mg caffiene, whereas one 8oz cup of drip=200mg of caffiene.
so do the math.
16 0z grande latte (2 shots)=160mg
16 oz grande drip = 400 mg
so a 20 oz drip is about the same as 6 or 7 shots of espresso.
dont with a junkie.

Oh yeah, well I have that drink while coming off Meth, so beat that Junkie!!! :tongue3 :tongue3 :tongue3
well anyway... that means my drink has 610mg of caffiene plus a good sugar buzz. That works for me :tongue2 Anymore caffiene and I get a little jumpy. I work along side a Starbucks so it's all free anyways. |
