Hi there,
To define the track :
* mix 80/90ies Dance style and Trance sounds
* huge kick/snare and warm bass
* melodic but serious melody.

great bassline! it's just swell
all sounds very good. the only thing that I'd change is the melody. it's not bad, but it could be better

Nice Stuff
Luvin the phatt synths, percussion work is great. The kick is good too. I really like this, the pluck high synths work a treat. Wierd breakdown in the scond interval :eyespop:.

It was my first attempt to make a track being played in club, but I couldn't do it for two reasons :
* The kick and snare are from a commercial song (which is a good reason enough)
* The label's guy didn't like the "trance touch" even if he liked the whole track spirit, he said that kind of sound didn't fit with the actual french club sounds)
Just now, I think I still need more experience to make my own huge kick/snare, I'm actually working on it with PropellerHead's Reason 3 (compressor+eq on several free kick samples played at the same time)
I heard about NI:Battery to make this kind of stuff.

that bass is real nicely done i would just take take that bass and make a whole new track out of it if i was you...
ur kick needs a little bit more low end
and battery has some good kicks but u cant use it on reason |

Yup, sorry I didn't precise I usually work with Cubase SX and Reason in Rewired mode.
I use Reason to make my drum/rythm part and all the rest (synth,fx,mix) are managed by Cubase SX.
So I just want to replace Reason by NI:Battery.
I fancy making a track with just a stunning kick/bass duo (and some hats/fx as well)...but I have to make my own ones :-)
