Probably the most amazing party that is still happening in Canada to this day. A legendary yearly event that happens in Montreal every year.

pretty good party, but to say its the best party in Canada... thats stretching it.
Bal en Blanc is by far the best one of them all followed by Black n Blue. |

celebration= about 6000 Beb and Black & Blue= 15 000 people |
