Oh, I mean the way the music was produced (not particular trance): the influences, sounds (production wise), etc...
And thanks for the recommendationzzz..

This set sure reflects the early stages of his style and i am sure they won't recognise for once more that comparing pvd 90's with PVD 2005 is depressing. I bet they will call the big style difference as a music evolution and equal the today's style of pvd with his early stages.:haha:

P.S(not speaking necessarily about trance, but PVD/s style in general)

yes, i would like to echo what you say, this is pvd at his early best,
the tunes just sound so clean and fresh, and you can hear his early techno & synth influences in this mix, right up until 1997 when he did his essential mix, which was just so perfect, you could still hear a hint of his early influences....just a unique style

hiya, where can you get old pre 1999 pvd sets?
Numidia
Cool thanks man for putting this set up. I love listening to old school sets
DJMaytag
@ 28:46 you can hear the into beats of Twin Freaks by The Gateway Experience, an old fave of mine from that era.
DJMaytag
@ 18:21 on the Kid Paul mix, it sounds very Altern-8-ish... but I could be wrong about that one since they were the kings of sampling back then.

Yes, it's still up, I'm keeping it up for awhile to make sure everyone gets to hear it, it should be up for at least another week...I'm about the post the first hour of his HR3 Clubnight set from 27 February 1993, you all should like this one too!!!

Look forward to that coming this week!
I'll keep you posted,

I uploaded the full 3h set to the Mixingbowl just yesterday in the evening (a few hours before your post). You will find it there.

The May and June 1992 Dubmission sets are up there as well. Enjoy.
