Anne is the personification of dance music Fun, up for it and full of attitude. Her high-energy sound combined with effortless technical ability combines to melt dance floors and ears from Cardiff to Cairo.
Anne is predominantly known for her trademark Hard Dance style on the decks, including techno, hard trance and hard house, however, 2005 sees Anne branching out into all sorts of genres, mainly break-beat, whose scene shes already made a huge impression on. Her track Sugar Lips, which she produced with the UK version of Tiefschwarz and stars of the latest Citroen commercial, Coburn, under her breaks guise Dumb Blonde, has already shot into the dance charts. Dont be fooled by Annes breaks alias, Anne is anything but short of a few marbles, especially when it comes to her production skills.

The cult of DJ Irene began at Hollywood’s mega club Arena. Here, her DJ and life dramas played out through her mixing and publicly on the dance floor. This only made people love her more and helped her to see how she could give back by leading a positive life with the music. She says, At one point I realized that I am not just playing records to the same people every weekend. These people care about me, more than I care for myself. I knew I had to make them proud by being proud of myself, by taking care of myself, by being the best.

Im getting pissed off with this now and so is everyone else. I've tried to be relax'd with your threads but it appears the only way we're going to sort this out is if i put it down in black and white. This would maybe be different if you contributed towards the forums but even if you add all 3 of your accounts together you've used this site for nothing more than advertisement. So heres how its going to work. You may post one of these gigantic threads per month listing everything thats going on in Nocturnal for that month. If anything stands out and makes an FLTA go "wow lets go to this" - u can rest assured that nearer the time they'll make a rollcall thread. We do not like being bombarded with your constant "in your face" advertising that u do now, and mostly get away with. You've had a free run under Scott and pretty much banged these threads out left right and centre. No more.
Even your "DJ of the month" thing was littered with advertising all contained within the post. I had to get Swamper to close that diplomatically because id have removed all of it, and u can think again if you're making one of them every month.
So please, one a month, all others in the events thread. I'll leave what you've made upto now open, rules apply from now on. Thanks. |

We are going to do one step better.
Last night we had our meeting and from this point on, TA will be handled just like all of the other sites we work with. Today I am setting up an account where we can post our calander of events along with a featured weekly event through a sticky and banners and thats it.
If you guys want to do a roll call thats cool but there will be no more event threads from this point on.... |

I am fully aware of all this. Personally i do not think it is a good idea because 9/10 of your threads in this new florida forum have been met with nothing but negitivity. I let u post ur stuff with freedom, i kept taking out ===VERY ANNOYING BLAH BLAH THEN DATE=== titles to something that blended in, but weekly threads which u seem to make just drive everyone nuts.
But, if you "buy a sticky" which is pretty much the non-political explaination of your plans then i have no control or say in that what so ever. I dont approve and the members wont be chuffed either, but as Swamper told me last night, its not a free lunch. |
