It's called moderation. Heck I could drive better than most people out there driving with my feet.:p

I don't ever want to be on the same road as you. ever. (not joking)

I don't know for a fact that I'm a better driver when I'm stoned, but that's what my experience has led me to believe. Only accident I've ever been in was when I was sober (driving to fast of course). The only time I speed is when I'm not stoned! When I'm stoned I drive the limit and am super-focused on what I'm doing. It feels like I'm going fast enough when I'm doing the speed limit stoned, but when I'm not stoned I just crave excessive speed.

That being said, for sure there have been times when I was stoned out of my skull and driving would have been impossible, and down-right stupid. I would never recommend getting behind the wheel after abusing a perception-altering drug (including alcohol). However, I don't think a d00b would impair my driving much at all, it would make me drive like a normal human-being :p .

just because you are super concentrated on going the limit(and watching for cops) doesnt mean you are a better driver stoned.

thanks for the links Barry!

Mostly the play between the unity of the club scene (rave) and the agressive nature of the Jungle and Urban scene.

Its pretty simple that anyone from any walk of life joins in to the "rave" scene. And Urban (especially here in Kitchener-Waterloo) is also very diverse, but seperated into different groups based on culture and background. (there are so many thug white guys its just wrong)

I'm a better driver stoned because when I'm stoned I concentrate on DRIVING, not just on speed or cops. My point in the previous post was that when I drive stoned I don't feel the need to be reckless (ie: by driving too fast, or doing some stupid maneuver just for s and giggles).

And apparently you just proved it correct.

Every pot smoker thinks they drive better stoned, and most if not all are actually road hazards. I've actually gotten pretty good at determining who is stoned when I'm on the road - there's a very distinctive pattern to their driving just as there is for drunk drivers.

Note to potheads: you do not drive better stoned. Period.

Agreed - the arrogance alone makes me nervous.
