8 years ago, I was going to start using IRC, and my brother said I would need to come up with a nickname.
We spent all afternoon trying to come up with names, but non stuck.
I got hungry, went to the kitchen and dug around in the cupboards and found a pack of instant soup, with croutons. The I internetified it.
It was the start of a revolution :stongue: |

back in 1981 the cricketing rivalry between england & australia was once again on, and the 'Ashes' were being contested. In Headingley (Leeds) the aussies were destroyed by Ian "beefy" Botham. While this was happening my Mother was 6 months pregnant and my dad who's a cricket umpire decided I'd be named after him.

| About 20 years ago back in my grade school days, i was an enthusiastic horror movie fan and watched alot of cool horror flicks. That's why my friends gave me a nick "viikatemies" which is Grim Reaper in Finnish. After grade school i forgot the whole name for several years until about 7-8 years ago i wanted to join in on some message boards and in late 2001 i finally decided to register to TA as well after following the action here for some months. The nick i came up with was GrimReaper and on some boards/forums slightly differing forms of it. |

| Well in one day I needed to found name for one elf in my story (which was never completed). That name was Quethan. Then I realized that it sounds better with s in the end so then it became Quethas. And then I started to like that name. |
