04. ID sounds very familiar to me. its not a hard-to-ID-track, i just cant remember where i heard it before. guess it was some cd, maybe hed kandi, bloomingdale, or that kinda style (could very easily ve the case since late night alumni is hed kandi too)
19. ID is kinda like/reminds me to Bando Sonara - Guitarra G ... a lot the same riffs in it, the piano style ... dunno the name of the track anyway :(
anyway, after listeningthe whole set, this is by far the most strange tiesto set i ever heard (not saying its good or bad). glad i have it anyway :P

This is 'Tiesto small club style'. :)
I'm not sure where he'll play in small club again. That was quite unique! :confused: |

well, this set is kinda like the style too .. some new house tunes in there. and i remember some other new set by him where did play these kinda new records too ... its refreshing anyway!:) |

yep since the start of NOvember he has been playing the same 50 odd records around the CEE Tour...
Really once over the initial shock i think the new style is top marks.
One thing that will bug me though, In Bratislava with excellent cdr choice he rocked it = with one of the flowing sets of the year. In Budapest, i couldve cheesegrated his cdrs smoother than his transitions from these housey records into LCA and Kane. |

Listening to Tiesto sets now-a-days only gives me one positive thing, hearing some cool new tracks that I've never heard before... The 3 I have discovered through this set are:
Late Night Alumni - Empty Streets (Seamus Haji & Paul Emmanuel Remix)
Electro-Prompt - Beside Me (Gothek DC Remix)
Matthew Dekay - Clearing The Mind
The one thing I can't bear to stand anymore are the HORRID transitions. I mean this was horrible:
22. BT - Mercury & Solace (12” Master Mix)
23. Above & Beyond & Andy Moor - Air For Life (Original Mix)
24. Tiesto - Traffic (Original Mix)
Mixing like that should be ILLEGAL. |

dekay tracks were in his sets before, remember bad (ft proluctors) and the deep show i guess too ... not sure tho. but late night alumni is an alias or something like that, for hed kandi. at least it has to do with hed kandi, since one the newest cd's of the kandi label is called like that .. and the track are the same style .... kinda strange tiesto plasy this. like the diversion tho!:) |
