Curse you, mislabeled mp3s!

For about three years, I succeeded in believing the Palefield Mountain Remix of Albion - Air was Ferry's original. I knew I was giving him too much credit. The 12" rudely corrected this.

Any similar embarrassments to tell?

I found out that Matti Laamanen's Flakes tune that was supposed to be remixed by Ferry Corsten wasn't really remixed by the man himself.

I was told that Markus-L or someone like that remixed it, Is that true, because I need to know :D

Tiesto's Suburban Train and Urban Train always got me mixed initially because of the mislabeling.

That was not because of mislabeled mp3s tho but because the original promo release had Suburban Train named as Urban Train (exactly the same situation as with Afterburn - North Pole/Frattboy promos which lead to loads of mislabeled releases and mp3s) and also some of the official releases feature this "typo".

Hmm.. i haven't been downloading mp3s for ages so i really need to think what mislabeled mp3 has got me to believe it was something else it really was. Probably some remix of Solar Stone - Seven Cities mixed up with some other mix.. can't remember more exact right now.

I remember on Tiesto's Magik: Live In Amsterdam they had this typo. The opening track was labeled Afterburn - Frattyboy when in reality it was North Pole. They even spelled frattboy wrong..psh.
