woowow is all i can say! i wouldve never known i would be seeing one of the greatest 80's icons ever! but last night, it came true. i havent really heard their new CD, but i was pretty familiar with the old classics such as: policy of truth, everything counts, enjoy the silence, personal jesus, precious, someday, world in my eyes, strange love, try walking in my shoes, and my favorite: behind the wheel!!!!! of course there was their famous 2 encores where they sang an extra 3 songs each. we also ran into gil la and the twins. we walked in the hall and all i hear is "TA's!! - TA's!!" and i see a guy with bleached yellow hair. it was good seeing some familiar faces. there was a strong constant smell of chronic coming from the back row which was very pleasing to the nose. i pounded a cranberry vodka and was good to go! we danced retardly on the floor for more than 2 hours. not once did we ever sit down.
dave gahan went slowly from fully-clothed to half-clothed and he did his signature grabbing crotch and shaking ass gestures. that was awesome to see he is still having fun in his older years. :happy2: what a night to remember.
