Deko-ze Rules!
Pretty much runs the local scene here in toronto, and that is a good thing!
You guys are gonna love it.
I recommend doing a stretching, or aerobic routine as a warmup for his set, cause it will be banging! |

| Deko-ze, undoubtedly my favourite DJ out there whether it be local or international, this man never disappoints, he's a man that knows his choons and knows how to read a crowd very well. His X-tended sets at CZ are from a different dimension which in turn takes me to a higher plane. |

What I love about Deko-Ze more than his music is his attitude. The guy must get annoyed at SOME of the sketchbags he plays for...but he never shows it. At a party at the reverb in 2003 I watched one of the promoters GF's (who is not on this board but she's on tribe) get so retarded that she was pumping her fist standing next to him and then threw her fist down on the record. Surely it was unintentional, but the mix was ruined (somehow the turntable wasn't) and she was totally wrecking what he was doing. But he didn't freak out on her at all.
Also once I was chatting with him at a housewarming of a mutual friend, shortly before I took off to play at Babylon Martini Bar and he said he would try and stop in and hear my set (I was very new to DJing then). And he actually did! and then he took about 5 of us to Film where we partied with him til the club kicked us all out.
