malek, you'd be surprised. Canada's been involved for a while, although indirectly mostly.
Canadian soldiers have been attached to US and UK units in Iraq. (one general was deputy commander of a US army corps) They were there because the units they were doing exchange with got called up.
Canadian Navy helped out with policing the Gulf for a while supposedly to stop terrorists from smuggling via the sea. (mostly PR stunt, but eh)
RCMP helped to train Iraqi cops in Jordan.

yeah heard of these, but to the world and these guys, Canada is not involved in that war. |

Dubai is in UAE you goof ;)
UAE and Bahrain are muslim countries. Decadent perhaps, but they don't want to be seen as attacking fellow muslims. Just look at the backlash from Jordan after AQ hit 3 hotels there.
And I bet AQ is getting funds from rich, radical types from UAE and Bahrain too.
PS: In Dubai there's world's only 7 star hotel. It provides sub and chopper rides and . |

Dubai was and is an arms middleman between the west and arabic countries, search it up... I don't think they would get attacked for obvious reasons :) |

we have always been listed as a target. infact we were noted for haivng troops doing stuff. thats why we were on that list of countries to be attacked...(list of 5 or 6 countries). we are the only ones left on that list who hasnt been attacked yet. so the possibility has always been there.
and its been disussed out the ass.
trancegrooves i saw that same documentary(on cbc newsworld). was quite interesting. that said, he did the same thing in us airports, so its not like canada was the only issue. |

we are a target for aq... they've named canada... and canadian soldiers have not been keeping a low profile... like the sniper in afghanistan bragging about having the world's longest kill shot... we're involved directly or indirectly, and have been for a while...
that being said...
having a map of the metro doesn't mean anything...
and its impossible to protect our country from an attack at any time on any target through any means.... if we sit and stress about all the what-ifs... we'll be the US... |
