Blue Balls:
1. The extreme lack of a man getting no action, causing his balls to turn blue.
2. Being teased sexually by a female to the point where by all accounts, he should score, but the female completely shuts him down in the end, leaving his balls blue and his mind bewildered. [Also known as a female 'turboing' a male]
3. Being sexually teased to the point where a man should finish, but for some reason does not, [usually several hours]. This results in his balls bruising and turning blue.
