hmm ok i guess i could fll you in on some activities :P
after a busy busy 2 months in the studio, i have basically been focusing a lot of attention on remixing.
lately i have been trying around with some different ideas with different sounds, most left of centre being a remix i have done for Kriece and his kindred sounds label. kriece tells me its landed a nice solid position in the cd wallet of JZ's cd wallet.
so here is a summary of projects over the last month:
Kriece - Tell Me Im Pretty (for kindred sounds)
Freza & DJ Flash - Ritmix (For SOG Chrome)
and most recently whihc im very excited to be asked to do is a 2006 remix of Lost Tribes "Angels" track whihc u might remember from northern exposure 2. i have got that about 98.12398% complete but because my computer is a slow dated piece of , its making progress slower than i was hoping. my angels mix should see a release through matt darey's label, Darey Productions, early next year.
my new tune "cloud 8" getting support from markus schulz on gdjbc and on tour thus far, more info to follow regarding this record.
gigs front, come down on sunday to Private Function for the XMAS Party! you also get a free cd, A resident each year mixes the disc, and this year is its mixed by me.
Jaytech is coming down from Canberra to cave us all with his live set. i have heard some forthcoming stuff from jaytech and he has got some seriously good stuff lined up.
he has forcoming stuff on trojan, hope and more from what i know of.
then on NYD sunshine people on the boat.
and the 14th, well i wont spoil it, cos it hasnt been announced ;) and no im not getting married on the 14th, so thats not the announcment hehe
sasha ing rocked last weekend. i was expecting more glitch and weirdness ala bunisaries set. but no, was more proggy and even trancy in some spots, reminding me of what main cd helped get me into dance music, His GU13 ibiza disc.
