I've never been in a fight before but tonight I got socked in the face. I stood up for my buddy after some HUGE dude got in his face and I ended up getting in a fist fight with a guy twice my size. In any case my lip is fat and he lost two teeth.....fighting sucks!!! It's a good thing I knew the bouncers, managers, etc... or my ass would have been thrown in jail. Sorry for the venting but my lip hurts and is cut like a mofo....I Hope everyone had a much better night....Till Dec. 17th :)
Lesson learned.....
1) fighting sux
2) let your buddy take his own licks
3) know the bouncers :)
4) get some stitches (im on my way)
5) fighting sux :)

That sucks dude. Have personally almost been in two fights (ok, three) in my clubbing life.
First time at Ruby Skye here in SF. I forget who was playing but it was crazy packed and was there with my girlfriend and another friend. Typical of Ruby (especially back then), the crowd was full of asses and people being too drunk, rude, and shoving. Anyhow, I'm sitting there dancing with my girlfriend and a guy tries to blast his way through us...and well, I stood my ground and just asked him to please go around us...then he got all pushy and bitchy, then the friend with us caught wind of us and told him to just go around...next thing I know, my friend got pushed by the dude so my friend just grabbed him by through throat and basically through him about 8 feet....pretty much ended there as I held my friend back and the idiot's friends held him back...we just seperated and went on....
Last time was seeing Second Sun at Ten15. We were up near the main DJ booth at the beginning of the night and since SS was doing a live act, they played on the stage in the back...so we were moving back. On the way back there, some asian dude comes up to my girlfriend, full on gropes her, and said something nasty (I forget). Saw this disgusted look on my girlfriend's face, so I took the dude's arm, twisted it behind his back and told him to stop it or I was going to break his arm next time or something. We move on. About five minutes later, I guess the dude did it to another girl, she nails him the face, goes gets security, like 10 dude's come, his friends try to start with all of us, and I was about to jump on this one guy but one of the security dude's grabbed my arm in a lock (could have attempted to get out of it, but wasn't worth it)....luckily, I know a lot of the Ten15 security peeps and they just said for me to be cool, let me go...and they picked the dude up and dragged him and like three of his friends out. The rest of his friends looked like they were about to jump me so we just went up to the booth for the rest of the night...and had an awesome time, lol.
Then there's the time I almost got into a fight at Avalon when I was down there to see Tiesto last year....line situation was ed up, went from like 30th in line to about 200th between 9:00pm and 11:00pm and this group of people came up and skipped right in front of it...I basically snapped (I was going on about 30 minutes of sleep since I saw Tiesto the night before, had to back to work at 4am, then go catch a flight to LA) and just started yelling at the dude's...all kinds of messed up thing. They were like, "Just getting in line with my friends," I told him I didn't give a and that I'd been standing there for like two hours before they showed up....they threatened me saying how they would kick my ass...and told them to bring it...then they promptly shut up. Witnesses say I had the look of a madman at the moment and was scary looking, lol. That night sucked because the line sucked and the crowd inside really, really sucked. Then Tiesto was bland. Booo!!
I haven't actually gotten into a first fight in quite a while, fortunately. But the Last time I got into a full on fight, I got a bloody nose but the dude (who was way bigger than me) ended up with a broken jaw. Best friend growing up had an uncle wh owas a judo champion of some sorts and basically learned all kinds of stuff from him for a couple years...but I've forgotten most of it by now...plus I'm so out of shape now compared to then who knows if I could pull off any moves if I still did remember them. |

it was so retarded. Seriously before I felt the punch i had already hit this guy in the face and his teeth were on the ground. I"ve never seen that much blood. I'm not proud of htis in any way but F*ck him. On hte flip side my lip is split wide open and my buddy, who I stood up for, has no cuts or bruises...it figures :(. In any case i'm home safe and my lip hurts :(....worst part is my fat ass likes food and I can't eat much cuz it stings~~~.....drunk ass idiots.
So much for never being in a fight until tonight :(. I used to use that as a good bragging tool :(
In any case i sympothise with girls and guys alike who have to deal with drunk s constantly. I'm really glad I've got back into liftin otherwise tonight might not ahve been so much on my side.
F*ck drunks :(

| Damn Bro, crazy night for you. I'm lucky, haven't been in a fight in many many years and never at a club either. Like you said, lifting weights came in handy and for bragging rights at least you knocked his teeth out.:toothless Sucks you got your lip busted though:( Your buddy owes you big time for this. At least now we can say Austin Scott kicks ass in more ways than one, lol. |

I Just woke up and my lip is jacked up :(. Oh well, guess i'll be on the "soft food" diet for a few days. Drunk bastards!!!
Wish I knew some jiu jitsu last night...would of put that dude in some crazy arm bar or something :).

my night seems a bit better than yours, sorry you had to deal with drunk s! that's one of the things i like so much about the clubs that bring this music to us, fewer angry drunk guys wanting to fight every other minute, too bad you ran into one! frat parties at my college were the worst! atleast 2-3 fights a night, anther reason i enjoy being a girl, no testasterone to make me angry:crazy: |
