as pkc mentioned there are remixes and re-edits that are prefectly valid. then there are blatant rips. |

haha all this time man, i just figured it out. it was actually katana's 1999 song 'silence's' melody in the background like you said it must have been a mashup.

| ummmm i think the purpose of this thread was to highlight songs that were almost identical, not had a few common riffs or are in the same key. that list just highlights a whole bunch of songs that may have something in common but alot i would hardly classify as being copied. for example tilt-rendezvous and alibi-eternity is going abit too far i dont even think they sound the same but that is just my opinion. |
