Well, PvD's the one that I see doing it in the US all of the time. He flew down to Miami following his Central Park show and I know he's doing it again between LA and San Francisco. It was just the first one that came to mind.
I know they're not the only ones, though. I believe Digweed did the same between Montreal and Toronto the Sunday of Labor Day weekend when he played at Labour of Love then flew to Aria to play after Howells from like 6am-noon.
Also, I hear in the UK it's pretty common, though I don't know if it's flying between gigs or just playing at a different club in the same/nearby city. I heard some of them will play 3 different gigs on NYE. |

Are you being sarcastic? I just know of those ones because my girlfriend and I considered going to Labour of Love before I realized I needed that weekend to study. Also, since nothing's really going on for NYE, we looked at what else was going on in the US and LA's looking pretty good. She was actually looking up flights last night when I got home. |
