I found to J00F's version to be complete trash, to be honest.

You did not listen to this one: http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF193188-01-01-09.mp3

I think you will change your mind then.

I'm lucky i had never heard that one before and hope i never will again. I haven't cared for the whole track for some years really, not since 2000 when i heard Michael Woods mix you posted on that other link which is very nice and also one of my fav versions. 10+ mins of flowing trancey ambient.. The annual new mixes and remakes seem to be more or less disappointing and definitely not getting any better the more they come.

LOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!! who had the guts to do this remix? :wtf:

ontopic: Kenny Hayes remix is rarely talked about mainly because it's garbage. Propably one of the worst remixes out there.

good remixes: Ivan remix, Oliver Lieb remix 2, Michael Woods remix, J00F remix

I dont see the point with it being 2005 to remix a 1997 track for the 190th time.

Just leave it alone already and let the tune die.

i think micheal woods remix is fairly overlong and just overly pretentious for it's own good, (this goes for j00f's remix also) it also sounds like it was done just because a downtempo mix had to be done. Humate's remix is better in the way that it knows it's limitations and is good.

agreed. it seems to me j00f did that mix in ten minutes, extremely boring. personally i think most newer remixes are very bland, no one tops three n one really. hybrid did an ok attempt but their remix isnt really memorable either.

michael woods remix is probably my favorite out of the newer ones. nothing mindblowing but it works.

either way i think café del mar is very overrated.

Sheer bliss.

Also check out some of the rest of their incredible discography, highly recommended. Samples to be found at juno and your local chipmunk store.

Never heard about the kenny Hayes remix....
