On the CD Maxi there's the following:
01. That Kid Chris Club Mix
02. Ford Club Mix
03. Pull Defribulator Mix
04. B&B Club Mix
05. Ford Dub Mix
The Ford mixes are pretty decent, and actually somewhat respectable - this is somewhat surprising seeing as how he's notorious for churning out rather cheesy (and, I'll admit it, rather satisfying) trancey remixes of pop tracks. They're quite fast with a rocky edge. Really not bad stuff.
Apparently Mike Rizzo (also a go-to guy for pop remixes) and Hani (the same, but usually with better results) have also done remixes that were tons better, but didn't get picked up by the label.
I know this is a poppier tune, but any thoughts? |

Yes the Ford mixes are ok...
It's a shame the top pop tunes of 2005 were very remixable, Jason Nevins comes to mind who has remixed nearly every single of Kelly Clarkson's & Anastacia's respected albums all with horrible results. He also has a habit of giving them Cheesy names...I hate this guy!
"Jason Nevins Roc Da Club Mix"

If anyone for a second thinks any of this guys work is even half decent re-listen at least 5 times and you will see how paint by numbers he's work is. Sorry for the worthless rant but he thinks he's hot ! |
