ive woken up people while fast asleep by goin up to them and talking to them, smoked cigarettes asleep, and at one time even made a sandwich for myself asleep...but having sex whle asleep?? cmon..if he was asleep, she was def awake then and she coudlve just walked away (dunno the whole background of the story)

He was acquitted.

there was also evidence that he had done long excursions while sleepwalking before. he had a great relationship with his in-laws, did not stand to gain anything by their death, and all that knew him, including his wife stood by his side, saying he was a gentle man and did suffer from severe sleepwalking
the defense is called sane automatism - ivoluntary action by someone who is unconscious of what he is doing |

I don't know--you prolly did that unlocking thing so much that you could literally do it in your sleep. Everything was the same with those locks; they never changed.
Opening up a condom wrapper and then putting it on seems to be a different, more complicated thing, with different variables (e.g. tearing it open at different spots on the wrapper can lead to totally different attempts at taking it out of the wrapper, and sometimes the condom could slip in your hands, etc.) It just doesn't seem the same to me. You HAVE to be totally conscious to do that, I think...for e.g. I've heard of problems people have had with condoms when they're totally ing wasted.
Taking that a step further, I'm getting very disturbed picturing a totally *deeply* sleeping guy calmly and slowly opening up a wrapper, and finding his dick perfectly (all with his eyes closed) and with two hands easily putting the condom on...JUST DOESN'T MAKE SENSE!!!! :mad: :mad: :mad:

"long excursion" is a far stretch from opening your trunk, taking out a tire iron (which is totally random because later he picked up a knife) :wtf: and killing your mother in-law with it...maybe she didn't scream at the first slash ( :wtf: ), or maybe he got lucky and went right for the jugular...but I just don't buy it.
Anyone who has such a violent, SICK dream is definitely not gentle (deep in their psyche). I'm not a psychology major, but I just can't wrap my common sense around this. :( |

Ahhhh she loved it! Just like when I'd come home from working at the club, she'd try to wait up for me, but fell asleep on the couch watching TV. Welllllll...off came her nightie, I grab the bottle of juice, and went to work! I've never seen anyone wake up with a bigger smile on their face... |

I'm on your side with the disturbing, but if you saw me do everything I said, would you think there's any possibility I'm sleepwalking? I had to take a key off of a counter than unlocked the second door the I had to unlock, two chains...freakin crazy. 2 minutes later and I would have been in my car driving! |
