Hey everyone
I'm wondering if anyone can help me with ANY contact info
of promoters in your area. I am looking to score some gigs for
4 Strings and Filo & Peri.
So help a fellow TA and get absolutely ANY contact info

You're probably better off contacting promoters rather than clubs, i.e. Pure in Chicago, Forward/Pure in Detroit, and Sound in Motion in MN...
There's a lot more too, but it seems those are the ones who are booking "bigger" acts right now...
I know if you contact Marcus Beier here on TA he can probably help you in Detroit, beyond that, I'm unsure, as my DJ "career" is limited to central Wisconsin and obviously something to "LOL" at... ;) |

There's a lot more too, but it seems those are the ones who are booking "bigger" acts right now...

sorry - the acts that he's trying to get booked would not be considered "big" for chicago and i don't think that pure would book them in chicago |

I've been trying to get Filo & Peri to MN, but realistically it's not worth it in this area. They just wouldnt draw enough people.

i was just trying to let him know that he shouldn't waste his time with pure - if he wants to bring them to chicago he should first try with the smaller promoters - that's all i'm saying - i'd rather see him successful in bringing them here than banging his head against the wall trying to get them booked with pure.
i dont know the smaller promoters in chicago - but i would contact mili and kid-m - both ta's - they may know some of the smaller promoters or able to hook-up with chris walsh who plays proggy/trance music |

yes - they are local dj's that have been booked at some of the smaller venues/bars/lounges and probably have connections with the promoters that run these nights |
