This took me a while (about half an hour, to be exact). HEAVY SPOILERS compiled of all of Kate's flashbacks (4 episodes worth) plus Season 1 and 2 content. Enjoy. :)
Kate Austen's timeline based on flashbacks:
∙Kills biological father by destroying her own home and taking an insurance policy out on it.
∙Meets with mother to leave the insurance policy so that she can collect on it.
∙Becomes a fugitive on the run after being busted in the bank by the marshal.
∙Escapes after a black horse gets in the way of her captor's car thereby causing it to crash.
∙Meets with man whom she believed was her true father up until recently where she found out that he truly wasn't. She says goodbye and runs off.
Skip ahead X amount of time.
∙Kate is still on the run.
∙Kate's mother is dying of lung cancer. (probably due to the death of her husband and her daughter running away from her)
∙Kate meets up with an old childhood friend and loved one (moreso than you think), Tom, who happens to be a doctor that works in the hospital in which her mother is being treated.
∙Kate meets with mother who is then frightened out of her mind (probably thinking that Kate's come to kill her, too) prompting the police to chase after her.
∙Tom decides to help her escape but ends up getting killed in the process, due to the car that Kate was driving, crashing.
∙Contents of car are confiscated, including a little toy plane that belonged to Tom.
Skip ahead X amount of time.
∙Kate intends to retrieve the little toy plane.
∙Kate makes good relations with Jason and a group of people who want to hold up a bank.
∙Kate pretends to be an innocent bystander and is used to prevent the cops from being alerted.
∙Kate shoots all of the bank robbers and opens safety deposit box 815.
∙Kate retrieves toy plane.
Skip ahead X amount of time.
∙Kate is in Australia, still on the run.
∙Kate is taken in by a farmer.
∙Kate is caught by the marshall after being tipped off by the farmer.
∙Kate is escorted back to the states, in cuffs. Her belongings, once more, confiscated.
Short time passes.
∙Boards Oceanic Airlines Flight 815.
∙Turbulence causes trunk to fall out of an overhead compartment thereby slamming the marshal in the head.
∙Kate uses keys to uncuff herself.
∙Kate applies the low-pressure air mask to the marshal.
Crash of Flight 815.
(Varying times through season one - All progressing)
∙Marshal dies.
∙Marshal is buried.
∙While exploring the island, Kate and Sawyer find a suitcase in a small body of water.
∙Jack and Kate dig up the Marshal to retrieve the key.
∙Kate gets back the toy plane.
Which brings us to now.
∙Kate experiences some sort of channeling of her father through Sawyer's unconscious state.
∙Kate into the forest after having a breakdown.
∙Kate believes she sees a black horse.
∙Upon returning, Kate meets with Sawyer and happily takes him outside to get some fresh air.
∙Kate and Sawyer encounter the black horse, together. Kate happens to touch it, thereby proving that it's real (at least to the characters themselves).
∙Kate is questioned whether she knows the horse to which she replies "Yes". It is inferred that this is the same horse that helped her escape when she first got captured.
∙Horse returns into the forest. |

So now I have NOTHING to watch. Lost is resuming in January. So is Battlestar Galactica. 24 starts in January...and Prison Break is gone till whenever.
