Hi,
Ive got a demo i want to send to some labels but i dont know where to send them. Obviously, im not looking for BIG labels but i can't seem to find any labels which i might actually get a reply from. I've emailed Total-Digital but have NOT had a reply yet. Also, im in the UK so i don't know if its worth sending demos to overseas labels.
Can someone tell me some labels which may be good?
Thanks
btw, not aiming too high, im probably looking for mp3 labels |

Step by Step (I've done this before)
1. Identify labels that release your sound. If you cant do this, you most likely won't get to step two.
2. Locate contact info for selected labels.
3a. Send actual cd of tune to label's postal address
or
3b. Email link of tune to label's email.
I suggest sending it to a LOT of labels as chances are a small percentage will listen to it and an even small percentage will respond to you.
4. Wait.
5. Direct all other related questions here. |

Thats just the problem, i cant find any. i always end up at a dead end or on a crappy website that looks like a 5 year old made it. |

Go there, find tunes you like or that sound like your tunes kinda sound like, find what label they belong to, find their website, and then proceed to step two. |

and dont worry if a label has more important things to do than focus on a world class website. not eveyone can afford sites with the likes of Vandit or Somatic Sense

the label he started on was nothing.. it was small as and then he made himself and the label millions upon millions. dont fret about websites
