| I tend to like hanging out with the uglies. Usually they've developed redeeming qualities out of necessity, whereas a solid majority of attractive people seem to have the conversational ability of a cardboard cutout. |

very true. I have a buddy that will only go after fat girls while trying to pick up at bars. Not because he's attracted to them, just because they tend to be better in bed. |

| mmhh well my friends are cute and i don't find them ugly at all but i don't have any fat friends actually but i don't care about the way the people look personnality matters to me ....i don't hang out with people just because of their look that would be stupid |

| Personality goes a very long way with friends. These are the people you spend your time with when you go out and have fun. Plus I feel sorry for Vivid at times. :thepirate |

I don't know, I've found (especially lately since I've been meeting so many new people) that looks and personality seem to have absolutely no correlation, even though you're not the first person who I've heard saying ugly people make up for it with personality. |

It's hardly a sure thing that we measure good looks or good personality by the same criteria, so it may not mean a whole lot one way or the other.
I certainly don't think ugly people overwhelmingly have better personalities - but in my limited experience they seem to be slighly less likely to involve themselves in annoying trends and fads, for example. |

well about the fat chicks, there are some chunky girls who are really pretty face wise...they just need to lose weight. I don't think fat necessarily equals ugly cuz there are some GORGEOUS ppl in this world who are HORRIBLE & cruel & that makes a person uglier than physically ugly people |
