Silent Night is one of the most beautiful songs for Xmas. I also like George Michael's "Last Christmas". There's this really vulgar one that is so dirty yet when I hear the song I can't help but laugh. Here are the words: http://www.whatfreaks.com/misc/0.shtml
KKEFKA
You know Dasher and Dancer
And Prancer and Vixen,
Comet and Cupid
And Donner and Blitzen.
But do you recall
The most famous reindeer of all?

Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer
(reindeer)
Had a very shiny nose
(like a light bulb)
And if you ever saw it
(saw it)
You would even say it glows
(like a flash light)
All of the other reindeer
(reindeer)
Used to laugh and call him names
(like Pinochio)
They never let poor Rudolph
(Rudolph)
Play in any reindeer games
(like Monopoly)

Then one foggy Christmas Eve
Santa came to say
(Ho Ho Ho)
Rudolph with your nose so bright
Won't you guide my sleigh tonight?
Then all the reindeer loved him
(loved him)
And they shouted out with glee
(yippee)
"Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer
(reindeer)
You'll go down in history!
(like Columbus)

More specifically, "Little Drummer Boy" by Bing Crosby and David Bowie. ;)

+1

I just heard my fav Christmas song at Shoppers Drug Mart today. Damn, the Santa Claus parade was just today and I hear my first X-mas tune for the year at a public place which means the friggin' year's almost over again. , this year went by fast and here comes 2007...:(
The Highroller
Christmas Carols annoy me before Dec 1. I heard Christmas carols blaring in the mall when I went shopping on Friday night. It certainly didn't have the intended effect of enhancing my shopping experience, or getting my into the "Christmas spirit" thereby making me buy more.

Oh the weather outside is frightful,
But the fire is so delightful,
And since we've no place to go,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

It doesn't show signs of Pauseping,
And I've bought some corn for popping,
The lights are turned way down low,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

When we finally kiss goodnight,
How I'll hate going out in the storm!
But if you'll really hold me tight,
All the way home I'll be warm.

The fire is slowly dying,
And, my dear, we're still good-bying,
But as long as you love me so,
Let It Snow! Let It Snow! Let It Snow!

still my favorite.

The snow is snowing and the wind it is blowing
But I can weather the storm
What do I care how much it may storm
I've got my love to keep me warm

I cannot remember a worse December
Just watch the icicles form
What do I care if icicles form
I've got my love to keep me warm

Off with my overcoat off with my gloves
Who needs an overcoat I'm burning with love
My heart's on fire and the flame grows higher
So I will weather the storm
What do I care how much it may storm
I've got my love to keep me warm

I thought you ought to know my heart's on fire
The flame it just leaps higher
So I will weather the storm
Why do I care how much it storms
I've got my love
To keep me warm
I've got my love to keep me warm
