Hey guys, i have been having trouble fading out of tracks. I just dont think it sounds good when i fade out. I can fade in and beatmatch fine, but i just think it sounds like crap when i fade out/end a track. I have tried the crossfader, channel faders, gain, master volume, kills... what am i doing wrong? what do you use when fading out of tracks?
I appreciate any suggestions/tips..
thanks

| When fading out of tracks, fade out at the end of each phrase. I.e. Phrase one, lower volume a bit, Phrase 2, a little more, Phrase 3 completely. |

| Learn Phrase matching (If not done so), learn to EQ better and the most important... good tracklisting! |

fade out?
you should EQ out, for example, cut the bass, put the other bass in, bring melody from next track, cut melody on main track, etc
^oh yeah phase matching, everyone should do that |

Just say no to fades.
EQ knobs are your friend. |
