Go to another dentist whos willing to fix it again.
If its been done once, it can be done again. Your dentist just doesnt want the trouble of doing it so he recommends you have it out. |

Yeah, and he wants more money. It doesn't cost nearly as much to put bonding on teeth than it does to put braces.
I know for a fact your dentist can fix it again, I've chipped my front tooth 3 times and had it fixed every time. |

The X-Files was one of the best shows evar! i still love watching old episodes.
btw, $200 may not be enough for all 9 season , as they cost around $70 a pop on amazon :( and i've seen them for around $80 @ BestBuy |

I had a simillar experience as a kid. I was playing soccer on some small goals in my home country and I ran my fastest towards the goal and hit my left tooth right on the goal post. 1/4th of the tooth was busted.
So I got it fixed once I came to Canada. Then a few years later it came off again when I fell on the ground and hit right into my tooth. So I got it fixed yet again.
and then a few years after that I bit that hard part in a peach and it busted AGAIN. needless to say I havent fixed it since and Im beggining to wonder if I should even bother since it keeps breaking on me.

One of my favorite episodes was with the unibomber in the bank. The bomber push the detonator button and Moulder and Scully died, but the same event would keep repeating itself until Moulder finds a way to correct time. It's like his death and Scully's wasn't meant to be. Moulder tries to convince Scully that he has these recurring events that keep happening to him, but as usual she denies him. It took me a while to figure this one out. As far as the price I didn't realize it was that damn expensive. Well, this just means I have to take out my extra tuition money then.
I'll go for a second opinion from another doctor. I'm still getting braces cuz I need them anyways. Thanx guys and gals! |

My personal fav was when Mulder was stuck in the bermude triangle and went back in time to a german ship. CSM was a german nazi - it was fantastic.
I don't think i'll ever forget "Home" either [previously mentioned by Ygrene] - where the lady had no arms or legs, and her sons kept her underneath the bed on a piece of wood with wheels. sooooo gross. that was the only episode that ended up getting a TV-MA rating too. |

I remember the season finale episode that was to be contiuned in the movie, X Files fight the future or whatever. But I never saw the movie and gradually my interest in the series waned.
To this day I still havent seen the movie. But I have the soundtrack and the inspiration album (songs in the key of X). |

x-files rocked by boat ..
some good episodes that come to mind :
- the "mind messer" guy who fooled scully and mulder's heads , and then at the end the guy's mom was trying to kill mulder and scully .
- the electro dude with giovanni ribisi
- the witchcraft episode with the two teen girls and the dead pig
- the spanish cloners in the forest episode
- the vampire episode where mulder and scully had to report to skinner what happened at their escapade in the hotel
- the christmas episode where mulder and scully are trapped in a haunted house
- the episode where mulder and scully are in a gated community
- the shapeshifter guy who posed as mulder, and mulder was the shapeshifter guy
- the episode where mulder is trapped in a "groundhog's day" scenario, where it's the same day everyday, until he fixes the problem in the bank
- the episode with the preying mantis in the shadows, and only special people (mulder) can see it
and many others ... |
