For years, Frankfurt's Dorian Gray club is a must-visit for any well-travelled clubbers. An experienced DJ, Rico is one of the select few who knows how to suss out real trance music, preferring to play the extremely atmospheric varieties rather than commercial sounding ones. His lengthy set never fail to get clubbers feeling relaxed and happy, even after dancing the whole night. | well i been to the Dorian Grey/TechnoCLub many times... its the original Club for electronic music...TechnoClub one of the founders is Talla 2xlc....but sadly the club closed down before the new year...and its perminatly closed.. thats sucks really cuz...the TechnoClub/Dorian Grey is part of Germanys...well even the worlds electronic music history...being one of the first clubs to be totally techno/trance/house in the world.... .....cuz in my opinion this was the club that made the whole scene big and popular in europe in the 90s .....thats why many says Talla is one of the biggest leaders of the Electronic music movement in the early 90s!! i just thought it sucked that it closed down..but they still have technoclub events..just not at the Dorian Grey anymore!!...:( |
