Just got back, wow what a gorgeous looking/sounding venue! :eyes:
Nice job guys, would be awesome to see a nice upmarket prog night take off - and that's the sort of place that's comfy and clear-sounding to make it work too. Nice mixing and tunage from Paulie and Lister we caught the last half hour of, and then Chris Meehan = :happy2:
Heard the new Infusion remix of The Cure's "The Walk" and its well wicked (save the mangled melody riff if you know the original, but vocals are there and great) as well as canuck John Acquaviva & Lutzenkirchen - Zombie (blufin = teh win!). :)
Good to see many of the usual suspects (charlee, nikko, jpl etc) out and upright after such a long sunny holiday break, too. Will make a night of the next one I reckon. |

got there at about 9:30pm, whilst it was very late, wanted to see how the guys had done, and what this venue was all about.. very nice, schmik venue.. i had heard of it, but never really gone near it or in it.. alot of potential..
good to see lister and nikkos and jules and verity there.. that was all there was in the way of TA's who had made their way there.. (disappointed people.. i went and i have work today)

i was there... given i got there late as i had to wait for my BAC to come down from the day before, but when i was there i was impressed!
hope it all takes off in that venue too, im sick of the good places being violated with rude music!

Popped in for a whille in the early evening after finally surfacing from the Xmas/Boxing Day marathon and caught Paulie's set which was very tight (nice one mate). Looked like it was starting to get a few through as the sun went down which was good to see. It ended up being a little too loud for me in the end after such a festivus few days and we retreated for some dumplings to end up the evening.
Looking forward to seeing how things PROGress with this ;) :) |

I would have to agree with Soups..would have been nice to see some more TA faces in the venue (allthough I know it's a weird time of year). I was really impressed with some of the tunes that were played but yes, I was nearly deafened by how loud the music was (considering it was 8.15pm). F4 is a great club, very classy but also very dark nervous:
I hope this takes off for you guys in 2006.....between christmas & new year is a really difficult time to generate big numbers.

didn't realise it was going to close so early, i was out for dinner with godparents earlier so couldn't make it till late. looked like a nice place anyway, and like jules said there is nobody here but everybody who is here is dancing away so could be good in future :)
