Pop-Ups!!! Please help me.... OHH GOD there they are again!

Ok pron has finally got to my computer
there's these nasty Macromedia Flash pop-ups that slow down my computer to and you can't just leave them up in the background or downsize them to the toolbar have to click on the little close button. There's also another one that Symantec determines to be Adware.Look2Me or some bull like that but it won't delete it when i try and gives me some bull excuse.
I need serious help, someone tell me of a way to clear my browser or some good ass program that will fix my problems and help me get rid of this headache.

No he means the program AdAware or Spyware blaster. Same thing used to happen to me until I got those programs. Havent had any real problems since & my comp runs almost like new. |

| make sure u dont have multiple virus scanners running at the same time.. apparently it s up the scan.. |

| Just use System Restore (Start > Help & Support > System Restore) and set it to a time u think the ads weren't there. |
