For the first three weeks of November, I basically hurt myself real bad working 12-14 hours a day because of the Xbox 360 launch.
Never really had the chance to rest on the weekends or over thanksgiving because the girlfriends family came up one weekend, her best friend over thanksgiving weekend (right after a late, late exhausting night with Markus and Scumfrog), and other things.
Got a couple days of normal hours, sorta, then had to deal with G.A.M.E. (www.experiencegame.com), an event we threw, this past weekend. That's 12 hours on Thursday, 14+ hours on Friday, another 13 1/2 on Saturday, 9 hours on Sunday, and have worked normal hours on Monday and Tuesday. I would like to be able to get sleep, but the work I did over the weekend messed up my back and I cannot lay down in my usual positions when I sleep...my stomach or side. I can only really lay on my back and I just cannot fall asleep on my back normally...
Hence, it's 3:35-f'in-am and I'm on my computer. This sucks. I have to be up at 8am to go to work. I want to sleep!!
I'm irritable, pissy, moody, missed J00F this past weekend, probably going to miss ATB this weekend because of my back and exhaustion....ALKJASLDKM!@(@*(#N@#
This sucks. I hate Q4 at work (though I do love my job). It's a nightmare.
Can't wait until Dec 22 when work gives us Dec 23 - Jan 2 off...all paid. Then I'm taking Jan 3-6 off, so I don't have to be back to work until Jan 9. Going to be doing a whole lot of sleeping.
