Problem with FL Filter and automation

So my automation clip changes the cutoff of my main saw lead but the problem is when I go ahead and export my tune, it keeps the cutoff low the whole time and doesn't automate. It sounds fine when running it in FL but the second I export it doesn't work. Here goes a clip. It starts at about 0:54. The tune isn't that great right now, but it's something in the making. Give me any input you have on it.

You haven't got the VST smart disabled have you? This can sometimes affect a track in this way. Left click the box next to the effect on the FX channel that you are using to filter and see if the smart disable is ticked. If it is, untick it.
