| I don't care what anyone says, Darude is a killer dj. I'm not gonna get involved in any flaming, but if you get a chance to see the man live, give it a chance. You'll be pleasantly surprised. |

I am suddenly filled with more disgust than after hearing about Armin dropping "Aftermath" as the third or fourth track in one of his sets... |

I'm not saying he is a square because he doesn't do drugs. I'm saying he is a square because he deleted my post.
Plenty of people who do drugs are losers, and plenty of people who don't are as well.
And, I am from WEST keansburg, not keansburg, there is a huge difference. There aren't any crack houses in my area, and there aren't any ty houses. It's a nice area. |

I was waiting for someone to say smth about DJ Sammy, Darude and other cheese producers. Thank you. What's next Alice DJ for president? ATB for veep?
Darude's tracks make me gag and invoke very violent emotions. I could give a rat's ass about his drug choice or him. Tho, you got to be on some serious drugs to enjoy his crap.
On a side note, I can definitely relate to producers who write trance choons - you want your stuff to be appreciated for its quality, not the quality of drugs the listeners took. I played several of my own choons to my trashed bud - he was like "Woa man, you're like a PvD or smth! I want to learn ot do that! Please teach me" and I was thinking - that's not his true emotions, it's the drugs within. Coz' I played it to several buds who were sober and they said it was OK but nothing outstanding. Maybe that's another reason why he is against drugs - but trust me, it's impossible to listen to Darude sober. |

everyone is entitled to their own goddamn opinion Dave Dresden. |

Darude's productions are quite diverse in style, and he doesn't stick to the same goddamn sound (M.I.K.E., anyone?), and his second album was very-very-very good. but that's IMO, of course.
the "sandstorm sucks" bandwagon is three years too late. yet, it's still an awesome tune! |
