I prefer tilted.
But as Zild said, battle mixers need to be flat otherwise they will get in the way.

tilted if it's an installation, flat if it's a mobile setup

I've only ever really spun when the setup is flat. which has been fine 99% of the time... only time I would have preferred a tilted setup would have been when I played one night for Tony^^... DJ setup is high (for me atleast) so I had some difficulties really getting over top of the eq's and such without worries of nudging a fader and such.... :stongue:

used to have my mixer flat but now its tilted using a lil block of wood.. I might go back to flat though cos all the led's on my mixer are starting to blind me and its getting annoying!
