.bmp to vector graphics

I got this bmp file that I want to convert into a vector grafics file. I know it's not meant to be done (pixel vs vector), but I'm wondering if there are programs or anyone here who could do it for me. I just need to convert it so the company who prints t-shirts will accept the file for the logo.
edit: formats would be .ai version 9 or earlier, .eps or .pdf. |

Well if it's just a file format issue simply paste the file in a illustrator project page and save it as an illustrator/pdf/eps/whatever format.
Otherwise there's no really perfect way to convert bitmap to vector. There are some livetrace ( I think that's the name ) function in Illustrator but the results are less then perfect and also highly unpredictable. |

Don't have Illustrator... :wtf:
And yeah, it's just a simple file format change.

I could save as EPS in Photoshop. I guess it works. And PDF too. Feeling stupid. |
