Edirol midi controller user help please!

hey guys
i cant figure this out for myself...but all of a sudden my edirol pcr-m1 decided to split the keyboard into different sensitivity zones
all the keys below number 7 seems to play fine...but all those keys above it, i have to strike the key really hard to get a sound to play...its as if the sensitivity was ed
anyone know whats up? |

| it happens with any softsynth......so im thinking its something to do with the keyboard...... |

okay this is weird.......
seems to work fine when i just tried FL4.....
but FL5 and Reason give me the same problem....keys above 7 are too soft... |

| You probably turned on a velocity curve by accident. I never use them so I can't tell you offhand how to get rid of it, but it'll be in your manual. |

just tried resetting the controller...still the same problem occurs
what could it be about FL4? For example, I just installed Steinbergs the Grand, and in stand-alone and as a VST with FL5, I get the exact same problem with below key 7 working fine, and anything above not working at all....
The Grand in FL4 works great.....as all others do with the controller |
