Oh yeah. EXTREMELY loud. We were right by the front, and the speakers are right there. Still, it's a BANGING sound system, and there were no technical foul-ups like a couple of other times at Space. But yeah dude, even I'M considering earplugs too, cause my ears are STILL ringing. |

yea it's loud, but sometimes it's louder than usual. for the Shadow Lounge reunion i definitely needed earplugs, the sound was abusing my eardrums lol! But when you have trance playing don't you want to hear it as loud as possible:) |

The first time I went to space which was to see tiesto last year I thought it was loud. And i saw so guy wear ear plugs and I kept wondering why ..But space has one of the best sound systems out there. Shadow lounge what massive basslines from the classics like universal nation. But I will always will have the ringing sound once I leave. |

Ryan commented to me about how Ferry could JAM it better than Armin. Couldn't agree any more. Armin does interact A LOT with the crowd, but the track selection....er....ya. Ferry just BANGED it out SO good last night. Enjoying it sober made it even more memorable. Ferry ain't my #2 DJ in the world for no reason. Force of Gravity was DEFINTELY a welcome surprise. Galaxia into Force of Gravity is SUCH a perfect transition/lead in.
Colleen: you asked how did I know it would happen? Simple. Ferry did this same exact transition @ ULTRA this past year. No other song follows up Galaxia better than FOG. The beginning of FOG sounds very very similar to Galaxia, so.....;)
May I also add, last night wasn't too crowded, but even so, we still had our fair share of morons who think they own the dance floor and so they just rampage whereever they seem to feel like it. |
