marco v = ... hard for me to descrive , let's say various trance

tiesto = uplifting

dave seaman = ... can't describe

armin = it can be uplifting , it can be prog , it can be a lot of things

Yup! Tiësto goes uplifting, Saeman IMHO goes more housey and progressive, I love his style, and marco v........dunno, guess he is vary flexible.

You can class Marco V as hard or tech trance ;)

Agreed with Nbug about Marco V... Seaman is Proggresive House and Progressive Trance...

Armin... Damn it, I'm tryin to see where his ass belongs but haven't the answer for damn while ... :conf:

well...
dave seaman plays deep house and deep trance and moves to progressive a little bit
tiesto plays uplifting and sometimes he puts a little progressive sounds into his set
marco v - very very variable but i think his style his more progressive
than tech trance and hard trance...
and as to armin van buuren
sometimes his set are more uplifting sometimes more progressive and sometimes he even puts chill out tunes but rarely...

tiesto also plays progressive in the beginning of his longer sets and somethimes he plays a techno track but basicly he plays uplifting

why does a dj has to be described by a clear defined style? armin plays uplifting and progressive and marco v plays techtrance... but what if he plays uplifting.? he would still be marco v... so i don't get it why a dj's style is so important... except for getting the people going crazy!!!
and i must say: tiesto does a fine job in doing that (i've been to one of his solosets this year and it was really worth the money and energy :))
