how would one go about learning how to do Free Running?

would you have to already know gyminastics... and then funk it up 10 fold? or is it trial and error?

I wouldn't mind learning... but I dont feel like breaking my limbs lol :stongue:

for one thing you gotta have speed.
some strong quads + hamstrings ...
+ STRONG ankles
gotta be able to jump + land safely

appart from all the other skills...

Free running is cool and all, but doesn't it destroy your leg joints and eventually? Because they weren't meant to take that kind of abuse?
