generating certain sound

i've been trying duplicate a similar pad sound on my virus c, i'm kind of close, but still considerably far away from the sound that i have below:
chicane - halcyon sample
i've been trying to identify the closest waveform... any suggestions? thanks |

| k i dont own a virus C or have ever used one but I know that there are like 64 spectral waves or something on there....now I tried making that soudn on my Waldorf Microwave XT and got pretty close....I know for a fact that thats not your regular waves.....I'm pretty sure you can do this with some wavetables...so try the other waves on your virus. I'm also pretty sure I've heard something like that in the Atmosphere VSTi. |
