Thx again for the replies and tips.
I'm having a lot of inspiration the last weeks, so i post a lot of unfinished track samples here because i like oppinions for my tracks to make them better, not for dozens of ooohs and aaahs reviews. I think this forum is excellent for that, because here are a lot of talented people who could give me some good advice. And well, i'm sorry for people who want full finished versions (you can allways ask though:) ), but i don't post them here directly anymore, i have my reasons, but a sample gives also a nice inpression i think.
Still have some things to improve for this one, including mastering (could be a bit better imo) and effects and such. Maybe there's more people with tips.

Lets have a listen.. Hmm, nice loop you used for the percussion, above and beyond used it to for a remix.
Intro is very predictable, the sounds that you used in combination with the melodies.
I think now im headed to the break. Funny melody, wel fitted for that track title.
Take a look at your mastering. The kick misses some sublow frequencies while it messes up with the bass. Most of the sounds are very tiny, especially the melody and the percussion.
Most of the percussion is laid in the high frequencies, just where also the lead hangs out.
Overall, it is a nice track but it did not attracked me. |

Felt I should do the song more justice and do a more comprehensive review :-P
The bassline comes in just a little bit abrupt, but it's definitely really driving and pumping. Sounds great. The squarish instrument sounds pretty cool as well as that other instrument which I can't pin the name down right now.
Interesting transition...I transition just doesn't ring a bell with me...the bassline mostly. I don't know if you know this but the break really reminds of the game Deus Ex. Is this a classic TS404 I'm hearing? Haha. Ok so onward, the song is absolutely great. Very melodic and driving. The bassline change for the second repetition of the melody sounds kind of weird but that's up to you. Percussion keeps the tempo and rhythm going well.
The song is great man. I love you work dude seriously. Keep it up! |
