| so this guy who ive known for like my whole life told me something disturbing today. Apparently there is something growing inside his scrotum. its not testicular cancer bc its like on the inside of the skin itself, but hes still flipping out. i kinda wanna take bets on what it is. |

| i heard that there can be a condition where the veins inside the sack become very large and look like worms, and it can effect sperm count. simple operation to cut off some of the exess bloodflow, nothing major, not sure if that the condition though |

just becuase it is not on the sac doesnt mean that it might not be cancer. he needs to go have it checked and tested! |

Yeah that's what I was thinking. Usually not dangerous but he needs to get it checked out. |

Prolly something with the skin, like the brown spots you have everywhere else. Nothing to worry about.
Inguinal hernia is thata part of the bowel has entered the scrotum thrue the hole that takes your sperm back to the abdomen.
That's very unlikely to be the case, cuz it hurts like hell cuz the bowels eventuely die cuz of the lack of blood.
I bet it's just a skin issue, nothing much. |
